A woman walked into a thrift store, grabbed a coat from the off-limits donation cart, and demanded it like she was entitled to anything she wanted. When the staff said no, she switched from tears to fury and called everyone thieves.

Thrift stores are basically real-life game shows where people think the rules don't apply if they look nice enough. Last Saturday, a woman marched up to the register with a wool coat she snatched from the back of the sorting cart. She said it was trash until we tagged it and that she was doing us a favor by taking it early. Never mind that the cart is behind a gate, off-limits, and clearly not for customers.
